The location of the house is brilliant. It is centrally located, but you have peace and privacy on the property. Beautiful garden and pool. The beach with white sand and turquoise water is less than 5 minutes' walk away. Beach chairs are rented on the beach and there is a bar where you can also eat. Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity. Property management directly opposite. WiFi 10 EUR/week works very well. Large covered terrace provides shade and keeps the house cool.

Sanitary facilities quite old. Washing machine and dishwasher outdated. Seat cushions in the outdoor area totally dirty. Had to be washed by us first. Windows and doors very difficult to close. Broken wardrobe in one room. Dresser in bedroom missing door handles. Outside shower at the pool not working. Shower head dismantled. Garden very flowers and lots of foliage. Had not previously been judged. Only one key for several families.

The location of the facility is ideal. Proximity to the beach, supermarket, bakery, restaurant, fish shop within walking distance. Nice pool and garden, but the interior of the bungalow is totally outdated and partly broken. Kitchen equipment poor.

Perfect location. beach, eating out, shopping. Pool leaking, refill approx. 1000 liters of cold water every day. So always cold. House in need of renovation. Buy WLAN, 10 euros per device. A coffee machine would not be bad. Owner seems to be out for money only.

The gardens, the pool and the house itself with the rooms are great. The car can be parked on our own premises and is not on the street. This is also beneficial. On the negative side, the hot water supply in the house didn't really work without problems and the TV access promised in the tender was not guaranteed. Wland connection for 10 euros per week means more precisely: Access per device for 10 euros per week to a hotspot in the Costa Rei!

Were now for the 3rd time in this house and it is getting worse from year to year. The air conditioning in the corridor (you have to feed it with euros, which is an absolute cheek at this booking price) is leaking and the water runs into the fuse box. ... With the 2nd air conditioning, the water runs onto the wall unit and further into the television! At the beginning of the holiday, the remote control for the air conditioning was missing and the TV didn't have any German programs! The remote control was found after all and the satellite system was switched. The mattresses and pillows throughout the house are dirty and a total disaster and urgently need replacing. The toilet in the small bathroom is no longer screwed to the floor and just stands there. You are not allowed to flush the toilet at night, because the other roommates are then in bed (very loud)! The fridge light hasn't worked for years. The closet doors in the bedroom no longer close. There are dirty beige cushions on the patio furniture. It's a shame that everything is left to degenerate, because the property itself is very beautiful and large.
