Beautiful country house "Villa Gaia", 3 storeys, surrounded by trees and meadows. 3 apartments in the property. 6 km from the centre of Montafia, in a quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. For shared use: property 7'500 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 40 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: lounge, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces) at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 8 km, railway station "San Paolo Solbrito" 3 km. Nearby attractions: Turin 40 km, Asti 30 km. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog.

Rooms very small, lots of cobwebs and musty. Photos in the catalog were fake, the beautiful ones were private and could not be used by the guests! Dining table and folding chairs to sit on were very uncomfortable. Stay on the property were specified. Were constantly under supervision. In the garden by the patio there were very uncomfortable logs to sit on, staying outside was not possible because of the many bugs in the plants. Unfortunately, the holiday was not relaxing.
