On the lower ground floor: 1 room, without window with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 pull-out bed (1 pers.). Shower/bidet/WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: 1 room with Dressing room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/bidet/WC. (open staircase), 1 open room with 2 beds (100 cm, length 200 cm). Heating, air-conditioning, underfloor heating. Heating available only from 01.10. to 30.04. Parquet floors. Terrace 30 m2, roofed terrace 50 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Small driving range on the private estate. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, the annex will not be available for use.

Large, modern house "Appendino". Property composed of main house and outbuilding 8 km from the centre of Asti, 2 km from the centre of Settime, 55 km from the centre of Turin. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 8 km, railway station "Asti" 8 km. Appendino House, consisting of a main house and a dependence, is located on the edge of a golf course (currently closed, as of July 2022) in a new development area (currently no construction activity). The annex has no heating.

Small deductions "in the B-Note" Some small corners should be "pretted up" again. For example insect screen partially broken. Otherwise everything very nice. Landlord expresses nice and good tips in stock (shopping, eating, etc.)

Nice house, too bad that a lot of things did not work properly. Reported, nothing resolved during our stay. 2 bathrooms (showers) were not fully usable. TV's didn't have a single channel, not even an Italian channel..... QR code on booking didn't take you to the right address, was hard to find!

Cons: Description of house did not match reality. House is in a domain with several houses (majority empty and unfinished) behind a gate that can be opened with the code. House is not really practical. House is difficult to find and contact person was not present. Baby bed was not there but was delivered a day later. No view due to high hedge. Pros: Quiet location and a beautiful pool. Safe feeling due to lots of outdoor lighting. Beautiful region.

Great house in a very quiet location - pure relaxation. Very nice, well-kept and large pool. Great terraces with a variety of seating options, shade and sun. To feel good and relax. Really very friendly and accommodating owner. Is recommended.
