The room with the bunk beds overlooks a pond with aquatic plants. To access the room with the double beds (with carpet and futon style beds), you have to go through the room with the bunk beds. Small single-family house "Il Roccolo". In the hamlet Pratolungo, in a quiet position on a slope, 2.5 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, in the woods. For shared use: property 10'000 m2 with trees, pond. Terrace (15 m2), barbecue. 400 m long narrow motor access to the house. Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Parking at 100 m. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, sandy beach 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Orta San Giulio 5 km, Omegna 7 km, Baveno 20 km. Please note: car recommended. Railway line 300 m from the property. The building is situated on the east shore of Lake Orta, between Pettenasco and the hamlet Pratolungo. On the same grounds there is another houses with 3 apartments. The beach can be reached also via a foot path.

spiders up to about 5 cm, scorpions, electrics where cables are hanging out of the wall, no cover over lamps, kitchen base cabinet in disrepair, dirty and musty, lamps do not work, sockets are hanging out of the wall, water supply. is insufficient pressure too low hot water sometimes because sometimes not = showers almost impossible, heaters rusted, broken seating, shelf in living room. sags, bed bugs

After our 5th visit we complained again: the bathroom, especially the bathtub and the toilets, are not acceptable in this condition. The electrical installation needs to be renovated (path lighting, electric heating in the bedroom, loose contact light switch, sockets in general), renew the mattress in the parents' bedroom (worn out), the trees are growing higher and higher and take away the view of the lake. This is only advice for the landlord, otherwise there is a risk that the cottage will deteriorate!

Unfortunately, the house was not in good condition. Only roughly cleaned, dirty kitchen, tiles and bathroom mirrors and windows not cleaned, everything was very carelessly, the bathtub urgently needs to be renewed. In the bathroom and hallway were used items (old cleaning rags, doormats from the previous guests). We know the house from many visits and have always been very satisfied. With the new cleaning power it was unfortunately very disappointing. Not recommendable. A pity.
