Supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bar 50 m, ferry "Verbania - Laveno" 1.2 km, indoor swimming pool 300 m. Nearby attractions: Il Maggiore CEM 2 km, Villa Taranto 2.5 km, Cannero Riviera 11 km, Baveno 13 km, Lago Maggiore Zipline 15 km. Hiking paths: National Park Valgrande 15 km.

Cleanliness of the apartment in order, except for minor flaws. Furnishings are good, everything is there. Shower curtain for bath is missing. Dishwasher available. Washing machine unfortunately not cleaned. Landlord very nice. Relatively noisy. bed very comfortable. The apartment is a little far from the town center. About 15 minutes to the lake/promenade, which was fine for us, but you can't swim here! So neither a sandy beach nor a sunbathing area in the immediate vicinity. Have found a sandy beach (walking distance about 45 minutes).

The apartment was perfectly adequate for our purposes (parents with a 2-year-old child). It is located in an Italian apartment building, in which all other residents are very friendly. Parking nearby is not a problem and the Birreria right next door also brings Italian flair. The apartment is clean and you can tell that people live in it due to the corresponding signs of wear on the floor or on the furniture. Key handover without problems and completely uncomplicated.
