Large terraced house "Monvalle". 1 km from the centre of Monvalle, 9 km from the centre of Laveno, in a quiet position, 400 m from the lake. For shared use: property with lawn and trees, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, tennis (01.05. - 30.09.). Grocery 2 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 2 km, ferry "Laveno - Verbania" 9 km, sandy beach 400 m. Nearby attractions: Santa Caterina del Sasso 5 km, Ispra 5 km, Angera 10 km, Varese 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Monate 8 km, Varese 9 km. Please note: car recommended. In the pool is mandatory to use the swimming cap.

Neat and spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 balconies. Large swimming pool, unfortunately you have to wear a bathing cap! Close to Guree Beach, plenty of free parking spaces here. Plenty of room in sun and shade. Water in some places a lot of algae. But otherwise nice place.

Positives: clean place, delightful area, excellent location, very helpful and flexible lady in charge of key collection, internal parking, total quiet. Negatives: bad mattresses and pillows, towels and sheets paid for 10 euros per person, old and rough. No hair dryer and no willingness to provide it if the absence is reported. Old bathroom definitely in need of maintenance. Deposit required of 200 euros for any damage, excessive in my opinion

Unfortunately, the swimming pool was not open despite the daily 28-30 degrees outside temperature. Hence the bad rating.
