Last year we fell in love with this wonderful house. This year we were able to spend several weeks here and enjoyed every day. Located in the middle of vineyards and sunflower fields, absolute peace and quiet, a view of the Gran Sasso mountain range and over the hills of the Marche with their numerous medieval towns - simply indescribable. But the sea is also close by. The extremely friendly landlords Marisa and Elio welcomed us very warmly.

A wonderful house in a dreamlike landscape. Perfectly equipped with everything you need. A large garden for relaxation, a wonderfully large balcony with a dream view, the sea not far away, the dreamy little towns on the hills all around. Grottammare is a dream, the pedestrian zone that ends at the sea and is always full of life. We will probably come back, we have found our holiday home. Best wishes to Marisa and Elio, lovely and warm landlords.

My son, husband and I booked there for 3 weeks in August 2022 and really loved the complex: a beautiful, well-kept garden with flowers and trees, a beautiful house in the seclusion. The furnishings were well chosen, all the devices in the house worked, the insect screens were very important. The owners have also personally taken care of the mosquito problem. The view of the Sybline Mountains was very impressive.
