Holiday Rental Description

Magnificent lake and mountain views await at this splendid Lake Como home. You’ll be just a 500-metre walk from the beach and the shores of the lake – water sports enthusiasts will have plenty to keep them entertained. There’s lots to do at the villa too, with a games room and sauna inside and, in the garden, a swimming pool that’s perfectly positioned for those incredible vistas. Your host can arrange a private chef to cook on the pizza oven or prepare a pasta feast, or you might like to fire up the barbecue and dine alfresco – those views really are something special.

Home truths:
*There’s a garage with parking for four cars and two additional parking spaces within the grounds.
*While not every bedroom or bathroom has been photographed, we expect the style and standard to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*This home is spread over several floors, so it may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
*The swimming pool is open from 15th April to 15th October.
*The twin beds in four of the bedrooms can be pushed together to form a double bed if preferred – just let your host know which you’d prefer.
*There’s bike storage here.
*For stays of 14 days, your host has arranged three hours of cleaning and changes of linen and bath towels after the seventh night.
