It's not luxury accommodation, but it's fine for a few nights on Lake Lugano. Sitting outside in the evening and enjoying the Italian weather isn't possible, unfortunately, but it's adequate for showering, sleeping, and having breakfast.

Great holiday home in a quiet location on Lake Lugano. Everything in order and tidy. Only the small kitchen was a bit less practical and had no microwave.

Address Difficult to find on GPS, put dei bonivici instead. Difficult to rest after 12 hours of driving because when arriving the shutters were all open and all the heat was felt inside the accommodation. Difficult to sleep on the 2nd floor without air conditioning. Stained mattresses on children's beds. No mattress protector on double mattress on the ground floor. Duvet cover serves as a bottom sheet? 3 bathrooms but 2 bathtubs where we don't have real shower heads. Gas difficult to light
