Borgo Alba Chiara

We spent 10 days at this property and absolutely loved it. The apartment is simply furnished, but everything you need was there. It was absolutely clean. The staff, both on the phone and on site, were super friendly, and everything went smoothly. We felt very comfortable. The charm of this old 16th-century house was very authentic, and other guests also liked it. The access is indeed very difficult and narrow at first, but then manageable.

Unbearable, lots of noise, ignoring house rules, no service, etc.

Positive: Nice location with a beautiful view. Nice pool by the house. Quiet place to relax! Negative: Bed and mattress are very cheap and uncomfortable. The bed pads and blankets are not hygienically clean. Not very inviting! In the bathroom there is no holder for toilet paper by the toilet. The curtain is transparent - not opaque! Access is impossible with a large SUV of the same size! Luggage has to be carried about 50 meters to the house! Then look for a new parking space every day!

First of all it was clear in the apartment... and that's all when it comes to advantages. There was not basic items like dish-washing sponge, dish-washing liquid. There was no trash bags for segregation however the venue obliged us to do it. Point of contact person from the venue was so strange. The lady wrote to us hard-copy message instead of contact us via mobile. She arranged the meeting without any agreement from our side. That was in-polite and with no respect to the guests.

From our apartment (No. 20) we had a beautiful view of the lake. The pool was clean, we used it almost every day. Location of the apartment very good. A hiking trail starts right behind the house. Directions to the parking lot at the house adventurously narrow in the streets. Apartment unfortunately a bit poorly equipped. All in all we felt comfortable

The apartment was located in the old town. Good location and a very good apartment for families. Quiet.
