The apartment was dirty when we arrived, there were cobwebs everywhere, the entire kitchen was greasy, including the cooking utensils. The shower was moldy and didn't drain properly. The toilet wasn't even clean, there was hair and dirt all over the floor. The sofa bed that our children were supposed to sleep on was broken. The balcony door didn't close properly and opened at night. The apartment was looked at but nothing was cleaned or repaired. Nobody was interested in our complaint.
