The house is beautiful, the location is quiet. The landlady, Patricia, is super nice. We personally didn't like the private swimming area because of the reeds, so we drove to a beach to swim. The dogs enjoyed the private swimming area. However, as in the garden, you unfortunately get bitten by mosquitoes there, which is why we hardly used the garden.

Quietly located holiday home, ideal for visiting other towns and exploring the region, such as Milan. Private access to Lake Maggiore. The house is situated on a private street. A very friendly and enthusiastic welcome from P.

Dirty, outdated house. Poorly maintained. Paint around light fixtures. The upstairs shower is so low, I'm 5'1" tall, but I could barely stand. Downstairs, you stand in a tiny sitz bath. Dangerous. The countertop is so cluttered, I can barely fit my plate. The worst part is that after three weeks, I still haven't received my deposit back. Nothing was broken. She supposedly forgot about it; she was supposed to transfer it. When I got home, there was no money. According to her, it wasn't cleaned! We left it spotlessly clean! ... Don't go!

We enjoyed our week at Casa Bruna. It was hot (+35°C) and it hadn't rained for weeks, so our private beach was dry, but this forced us to look 'further' and we came to beautiful places on Lake Maggiore that we might not have discovered otherwise. The house is beautiful, cozy, spacious and with all the trimmings and the garden is perfect! Lovingly maintained, very green and private, with nice chill spots and a solar shower everywhere. And owner Patrizia is great!

The house is very idyllic and has a certain charm. Everything you need is available. Unfortunately there is no shower. The bathtub on the ground floor is too narrow and too small for older people. If you don't have or don't like dogs - everyone in the neighborhood has one or two and they like to bark :) No problem for us because we have one ourselves. In addition, there is no German television - but there are some videos that you can watch. All in all, we felt very comfortable there.
