The house is in an excellent location. A car is needed to get to Bormio, Tonale, and other resorts, but you can also go for walks. The valley is well-equipped for hiking and families. The house itself is functional for up to 4 people; 5 would struggle with the single bathroom and, above all, the inconvenient height. Cleanliness could use a facelift.
