The house is in a very nice, upscale area. It's very quiet, no traffic noise. The interior is a bit old and colorfully thrown together. On the whole, the house and inventory is clean. Cobwebs here and there. It is a pity that there is no air conditioning. In May we had a bit of a problem with the heat in the bedroom. The garden is very well maintained and the pool is at a comfortable temperature. All in all the house is satisfying
