*The last two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area. The main bedroom area is on the mezzanine level and semi-open to the space below, so privacy is limited.
*There are stairs to access the mezzanine bedroom area, which may be unsuitable for guests with restricted mobility.
*If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
