Holiday Rental Description

You'll find this stylish apartment in Guastalla, right in the heart of Milan. The central location speaks for itself – the Duomo is a twenty-or-so-minute walk away, while the neighbourhood offers plenty of local spots to discover. Getting around is a breeze, too, thanks to nearby tram stops, bus stops, and a metro station. Back home, the living space is a little snug for three (especially when the sofa bed is in use), but it's a comfortable, cosy base. We appreciate the extra touches – from a vinyl record player to air conditioning in the bedroom and lounge. We think you'll have everything you need to settle into life in Milan.

*At full capacity, one guest will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area. That said, we think space will be tight when it's in use, so we'd suggest a maximum guest count of two.
*Air conditioning is available in the living area and bedroom.
*The kitchen is well-appointed, but it's on the compact side. We think it's best for light bites like breakfast, rather than preparing large meals.
*While parking isn't provided, you won't need a car in Milan. You can easily explore on foot or take advantage of the nearby public transport – there are bus stops, tram stops, and a metro station within walking distance.
