Tramlines Charm location is excellent, and gives you a bit of a different experience of Milan. You’ll still be close enough to reach the historic centre of the city on foot, but the Magenta district is detached from the well-trodden tourist paths. The communal area is quite small, and some parts of the flat can get quite dark, particularly if the weather’s overcast, but there’s still plenty that makes it a good choice.
