Lift-Off isn’t the kind of place you stumble across every day. The windows and high ceilings make it feel vast (and to be fair, it is), and it could easily be in the Hollywood Hills, or somewhere along Highway 1. We’ll let the pictures do most of the talking, but suffice to say that indoor swings aren’t especially common. It’s a bit far out (to have that much space, you need to be), but a lot of events are hosted nearby during Salone del Mobile, and when the house itself is this much of a destination, location ceases to be a problem anyway.

*There are twenty-five stairs to reach the flat
*Two of the beds are small doubles (about 120cm across), so to fit two people you'd have to get up close and personal
*One of the beds is elevated, and one more person can sleep on a sofa bed in the third bedroom
*Ginevra might ask you to help out by watering the plants if you're there for longer than a week
*There's a bit of wear and tear, which adds to the character but means it's not pristine
