This apartment works perfectly for those seeking a fuss-free base next to Lake Como. Though two guests will sleep on a sofa bed, there's just enough room to unwind in the lounge. Plus, there’s a small balcony to soak up some sun on and a kitchen that has all you need to rustle up a bite to eat. Head outside and you’ve got a shared pool and terrace that you can make use of between exploring. Speaking of which, you're right in the heart of Tremezzina, with all of Lake Como’s most-loved villages just a short drive or ferry away.

*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*You'll have access to the swimming pool and garden here. They're shared with the building's other residents
*There's free parking here.
*The only full bathroom here is the en-suite off the main bedroom. While guests staying on the sofa bed in the living room have access to a separate toilet, they’ll need to use the main bedroom’s en-suite for showering.
*There are around fifteen steps leading up to the front door here on the second floor. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
