In the centre of Germignaga 1.5 km from the centre of Luino, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 600 m from the lake. For shared use: garden 700 m2 with lawn and trees. Patio, barbecue. Motor access to the house. Supermarket 1 km, bar, bakery, café 200 m, bus stop "Luino-Germignaga-Porto V.-Laveno" 400 m, railway station "Luino" 2 km, grass beach 900 m. Hiking paths: Germignaga - Bosco delle fate - Brezzo 300 m. Please note: suitable for families. Residence with electric gates. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Holiday Rentals in Porto Valtravaglia, 7 km. The owner lives in the same residence.

Great apartment, great garden, friendly handover, nice place where you can get everything on foot. We'll definitely be back :-) The only thing missing were wine glasses and there could be more cutlery.

The apartment is tastefully furnished, comfortable beds, large balcony. Striking church clock and town hall with lots of activity nearby. Nice landlord. For people who do NOT want to eat out every day, but want to cook for themselves, there is no Kitchen cutlery incl. knife, peeler, bread knife, sieve, also cutting board, kettle, teapot, water carafe. Annoying an extra fee to be paid to the service staff, because we-as train travelers through no fault of our own-arrived after 8 p.m. Driver focused!
