Large villa "Palomar". Above San Felice del Benaco 5 km from the centre of Salò, in a quiet position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 2 km from the lake. Private: garden 1'400 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool (12 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 13.May. - 16.Sep.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Grocery 1.2 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, pebble beach 2 km. Nearby attractions: Il Vittoriale 11 km, Toscolano Maderno 15 km, Desenzano del Garda 15 km. Please note: car recommended. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Overall worthwhile location. I was there with (adult) children, small children and a dog; there was enough space for everyone and opportunities to play and relax. The house is very individually designed. The kitchen is well stocked; We also used the opportunity to have a barbecue. Everyone had fun at the pool; it was also cleaned regularly. The garden furniture had small defects, the balcony was a bit dingy. The location is good overlooking Lake Garda.

Nice reception by the manager, house and rooms are not modernized but in good condition. There is a need for action with two mattresses, which are unfortunately worn out. The house has a pool, unfortunately this was not yet usable as was the case with the houses in the neighborhood. The town and baker are within easy walking distance. The restaurant "Pizzeria Villa Al Sole" deserves a special mention. Well worth a visit in any case.

Location and size of the house are very good. This also applies to the pool. However, the interior is quite worn, so the overall price seems inflated. The friendliness of the administrator is to be highlighted positively.

Big and spacious. Everything very clean. Great pool and lots of space in the garden. On-site support worked great and was very nice. We felt good.
