Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), well-kept terraced garden with lawn and trees, indoor pool (9 x 5 m, depth 120 - 160 cm). Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: bicycle rental. (extra). Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, railway station "Como" 50 km, pebble beach 1.6 km, grass beach 2.4 km. First of all thanks to Eli, she thought of everything. The starter set for us and our dog was a great surprise. The view is beautiful and we were able to really relax. Unfortunately, the espresso machine was broken, but Eli made up for it within 1 hour with a new machine. That's called hospitality :-)

The house, the layout and the view are great. Traveling with a dog is perfect due to the fenced property. Unfortunately, the heating was off and it was too cold in the evenings. The couch is in dire need of an overhaul. The location is not the highlight, but you can get everywhere by boat (and of course by car).

23/24 degree celcius max for an inhouse pool with an owner saying that it's normal and that's it ... you can't negociate ! The view is great but not totally honest, a large industrial wasteland is located just above the house. Every morning and sometimes in the middle of the night several motoridders are making enduro with an incredible noise. However it's a nice and comfortable house and the lake is a marvelous place for spending holidays
