There is only one catch with this accommodation. But first the positives: The house is in a breathtakingly beautiful location, the furnishings are quite impressive by Italian standards, so everything fits. The catch: Four euros an hour (!) for the heating. A lot can happen on cold Easter days or even in winter on Lake Como and you should know that.
