Gas heating. 5 small balconies. Balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Beautiful distant view of the mountains, the valley and the river. In the hamlet Siro 1 km from the centre of Cercino, 17 km from the centre of Colico, 55 km from the centre of Lecco, in a quiet position on a slope, 15 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: property (fenced), small garden (fenced) with meadow. Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking, public parking 40 m. Shop 1.6 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 1 km, café 1 km, railway station "Morbegno" 8.4 km, pebble beach "Colico" 18 km, grass beach "Sorico" 15 km. Nearby attractions: Chiesa della Madonna della Pieta, Antico ponte romanico, Lavatoio e Valle dei Mulini. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Madesimo, Bormio, Livigno. The house is located in a very quiet area, quite high up in a tiny village where you can wonderfully relax. The house is clean, well-maintained, has everything you need (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer) and balconies with beautiful views. The garden is perfect for eating breakfast or drinking a glass of wine in the evening (unfortunately, it is not adjacent to the house, which was a bit of a surprise, but during the stay it turned out that it is not such a problem as I thought at the beginning). Kindest owner.

The house is in a wonderfully quiet location and perfect for anyone who wants to stay away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. One is fast at Lake Como, but also in the mountains. The small garden belonging to the house with a view of the mountains is very cozy and well-kept. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and everything you need is there and it is very clean and well maintained. The landlady is very helpful and always available if there are any questions.
