This was our second time staying in the vacation rental. The location and the apartment are good. However: The oven doesn't reach 150 degrees Celsius even after running for 2 hours. Some kitchen hinges are broken. The exhaust fans are covered in dust. The floor isn't visibly dirty, but if you walk barefoot, your feet will immediately turn black. The dishes in the cupboard aren't clean. We addressed this issue in 2024, but nothing was done. The Wi-Fi is sufficient for 2025. The rest is good.

Great location, very spacious, good facilities. Climbing the stairs to the 3rd floor shouldn't be a problem.

We can recommend the apartment without reservation. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. There is even a luggage lift and free parking spaces right in front of the house. Every room has a wonderful view of Lake Como and the breakfast in the morning and the wine in the evening on the small balcony are simply unbeatable. The landlords are very nice and even spoiled us with fresh cherries and fish from the lake. We would love to come back!

Large attic apartment in a quiet location right on the lake. The apartment is very well equipped and has a small but unique balcony with a view of the lake. Next time we'll stay longer!
