all around very nice holiday apartment very spacious, attractively furnished, very good overall condition, clean very good facilities, but no dishwasher beds overall comfortable (bunk bed a bit narrow and hard) nice and large balcony, but currently without sun protection very nice view of Gravedona, lake and mountains very quiet in every respect direct access to the house narrow, only recommended for small cars, parking space but at an acceptable distance very friendly landlady
