No one present on arrival and cannot be contacted by telephone. The owner does not speak a word of English, German or Dutch, only Italian. Explanation was minimal. Our opinion, immediately remove this property from your database so that no more people are disadvantaged by their holiday, it is not worth it!!!!

Nice apartment in a nice location. Unfortunately, the problem is that the landlords only speak Italian. So if you hope to get ahead with English here, you will be disappointed. The landlords are really very nice, but if you rent an apartment in a touristy place, you actually expect a basic knowledge of English. It is also not clear from the advertisement and Interchalet itself could not give me any information about it. Too bad.

We had a lovely stay overlooking Lake Como. The apartment well maintained and clean. The only problem is the winding road.
