A house with a beautiful view of Lake Como, within walking distance of the village. Sufficient privacy. However, the house needs a makeover, especially in terms of electricity/sockets and ventilation/air conditioning. Unfortunately, we also had a lot of leakage inside after a rain shower, there is still room for improvement there. It is nice that you have your own garage at your disposal.
