We had come to Dervio on a family vacation. This house was lovely and spacious. All the bedrooms were beautiful with their own private bathroom. We wished there was a more comfortable common room, we mingled in the kitchen a lot. The pool was refreshing, along with the lake. Dervio was a lovely town, just enough to do there, everything is within walking distance. The bus stop and water ferry were easily accessible. The train was not working during our stay, but the bus was frequent and free.

The house was absolutely fantastic. We traveled with our children and their girlfriends. Perfect for adults with private bathrooms in all rooms. Beautiful garden with private pool. A small drawback for a slightly small tidy outdoor area and that the pool was not cleaned while we were there. We asked for a net and it was delivered right away. Dervio is a quiet and very cozy town. There is not much going on and with few other tourists than Italians. Perfect for us who were just going to be together. Recommended!

This was a wonderful house and location to our group. Nice garden with a pool and 5 places to cars helps a lot. Gate and fences gives you a security feeling. Location near railway station helps also to see other citys near Dervio.

Our stay in the villa was lovely, the rooms are stylishly furnished, some of the bathrooms are real highlights. The dining room has space for at least 14 people. Location: The villa is located between the train station and a busy road. I would not recommend it for those sensitive to noise. Supermarket very close. Garden: Well-kept and spacious with a pool with enough space for swimming and playing ball. Make sure you take enough Autan with you, there are a lot of mosquitoes here.
