Holiday Rental Description

Set in a historic building beside the Basilica of San Fedele, this apartment puts you right in the heart of Como. Inside, the spaces are homely and practical, with character details that reflect the building’s long history. It's a cosy place, and some rooms (including the balcony) have fairly low ceilings, something to bear in mind if you’re tall. From here, you're only a few minutes walk from the lake, the Duomo, and the city’s main sights, with plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants close by.

Home truths:
*There’s no free parking here, but you can pay to use a nearby public car park. The home is well located, just minutes from the lake, city sights, and public transport.
*The second kitchen is small, with just a hob and no oven, so it’s best for lighter bites. For full meals, you’ll have the main kitchen, which is fully equipped.
*The ceiling in some areas is on the low side. It might not be suitable for taller guests.
*The bedrooms are divided from the living room with just a curtain, so the space feels more open than private.
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in each of the two living areas.
