The moment we saw that view, we were sold. Sitting on the hillside overlooking Lake Como, the outdoor living spaces are the true highlight here. There's a sprawling swimming pool, tennis courts and gardens, all of which are shared with the residents who live on-site. Inside, you'll find a duplex one-bedroom that's equipped with all the essentials to ensure a comfortable stay. And, while the kitchen is compact, it's perfectly suited for whipping up light bites. That said, with the cafes and restaurants of Lake Como just a short drive away, you'll seldom grow hungry here. All things considered, this is a refined retreat for solo adventurers and couples alike.

*The swimming pool is only available for use between June and September from 9am to 7pm.
*All guests must complete a brief video verification call with the host and present a valid ID before arrival.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*Due to this home's location, you might find that the phone signal is patchy from time to time.
