You'll be on the ground floor of the building with a private garage available, and a car may come in handy for your stay given the home's location on steep slopes and its relative distance from Como city centre.

*As well as a private terrace, you'll have access to the garden here, which is shared with the building's other residents.
*While the home is located on the ground floor, you'll still need to climb some stairs to reach the entrance.
