Antonella's house is beautifully located in the mountains with just 30 min to Lago Maggiore. The house has everything in terms of utensils and furniture you need and is very clean. In the evening mouflons stopped by at the meadow next to the house. It has no wifi and shaky network which makes it perfect for a digital detox. We totally recommend

Stone house in a secluded location in a village with 10 houses, you are alone overnight, you see lots of wild animals. No internet/Wi-Fi, poor cell service. 9km of narrow mountain road to be driven on every trip. Facilities OK but partly broken, beds a bit worn, kitchen OK, bathrooms top, house and location overall unique! Bar in the village is great, ice cream & pastries at Sicily in Porto Valtr. great, swimming in Calde and market in Luino very nice. Landlady very warm and friendly!

Nice house in a quiet area in nature. Unfortunately, it was already quite cold and we had to heat a lot. The approach is very winding. The landlady was very friendly.
