Our favorite thing to do in the evening was to sit in front of the house and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. It's absolutely peaceful up there. There's no traffic noise, but you have to work through it with a difficult approach. There are five 180° hairpin bends where you have to reverse the car because they're too narrow. If you misjudge the angle by even 1 meter when reversing, you're guaranteed a fall. Front-wheel drive sometimes has problems, as the front wheels can spin on the steep bends.

The house has everything you need. It's an ideal base for excursions. We enjoy walking and mostly walked, but it takes 45 minutes to get to the center of Bellano. It wasn't a problem for us, but it's important to know.

Great location high above the lake. If you don't mind the very steep and narrow access (hairpin bends with reversing), you will find a little paradise. The apartment is well equipped and big enough for 4 people.
