The biggest advantage of this apartment is its location: close to the lake, ferry port, shops, and restaurants. The town is very picturesque, without crowds of tourists, making it an ideal base for exploring. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had basic but adequate amenities. The beds were comfortable. Overall, the price was adequate for the standard. The owner was very flexible with check-in and check-out times. The only drawback was the rather noisy street outside, but it was bearable.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and exactly as pictured online. The apartment's location is ideal—everything is within easy walking distance (lake, promenade, supermarket, and train station). The landlord is very nice. The only downside is the street noise, which can be quite loud. Nevertheless, we would definitely book Apartment Bina again. The town of Bellano is very beautiful and, in June, wasn't as crowded as the surrounding towns.

The accommodation was top notch both in terms of layout and decoration. The owner was available and attentive. Rare, but there was a small garden and parking. However, be careful, this apartment runs along the main road of Bellano and another pedestrian road runs along the small garden and the rooms. It was impossible to leave the windows open or even closed to sleep. We had to buy earplugs and take the air conditioning which costs an additional €12 per day which were added

Nice reception by the host. Neat apartment with air conditioning and everything you need. Nice garden with early morning and late afternoon sun. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants, ferry, boat rental and the lake within walking distance. The disadvantage is that it is located on the busy street.
