Practical and well-equipped! A fridge-freezer and even a washing machine are included! A lovely roof terrace with a beautiful view, and the entire property is fenced in. The landlords in the neighboring building are helpful and unobtrusive! The windows are soundproof, and street noise is barely audible! We will definitely book here again! Thanks again for the welcome flowers!

If you can ignore the street noise from the quayside road, this accommodation is highly recommended. Top facilities, top location (right by the sea and bike path), large roof terrace with a fantastic view of the sea. Very close by (2 minutes by bike) is a beautiful public beach with a small bar and pebbles.

We have been well received here. The house is very clean and well maintained and about 1.5 km from Santo Stefano al mare. Opposite is a small path so that you can get to the bike path. The house has a beautiful terrace where you can sunbathe in peace, a great view of the port of Marina di Aregai

House on a busy road. Should be specifically mentioned. Crossing more than dangerous, not suitable for families with children or seniors. Terrace only accessible via an outside entrance. WLAN only on the terrace, not in the house.
