The location of the apartment is ideal for visiting the entire coast from Ventimiglia to Savona, Santo Stefano, a very pleasant little village, very good restaurants, very good welcome with dogs (two adult Huskies). Very close to the sea with sandy beaches. We spent most of our time outside, which made our stay very pleasant. Balcony-terrace great for animals!

The apartment is very old and the repairs are botched; even the toilet seat is secured with metal wire; buying a new one would definitely be the best option. The electrical system isn't up to code; the situation under the kitchen sink or behind the refrigerator is embarrassing and quite risky (it's a shame I can't attach the photos I took). Cleanliness is terrible.

Overall, we were very satisfied. The apartment was clean and tidy, as described. The large balcony was great. Unfortunately, the washing machine was unusable because it contained water. We reported this immediately. Since the washing machine was one of the reasons for renting the apartment, we only rated it "good." Otherwise, it would have been rated "very good."

Simple and practical apartment with a large balcony. In a calm neighborhood. Shops, restaurants, bus stop within walking distance. Very warm and friendly hosts. Everything was great for us and we would love to come back.
