Apartment was very neat and very spacious for 2 people. Two balconies, a small one off the bedroom with shade in the morning and a large balcony off the living room with adequate sun protection. The car can be parked in the parking garage. The apartment is located a little higher in a quiet area. We enjoyed the apartment. Sanremo itself is a hectic city with the main road going right through the city. Very busy and little parking space. Renting a scooter is recommended!
