Overall, the holiday apartment is very nice, clean and functionally furnished. One bathroom is fully equipped, the second, very small one can at best be described as a guest toilet with an integrated shower. The owner is very nice and always helpful. Communication is smooth via WhatsApp. In terms of location, you are constantly dependent on a car. You can't reach the sea or grocery stores on foot.

The accommodation was as described, typically Italian. A bit old, but quite ok. The beds were not comfortable for us. The view is absolutely great and you can open it well when there is a draft. We were there in the summer and it was consistently over 30 degrees, so unfortunately it was only possible to drive to the beach etc. by car, walking is too difficult with the incline.
