The apartment itself is well laid out and well equipped. The landlords are very nice, courteous and helpful, but only speak Italian. The apartment is very quiet above the village of Poggi, you have the landlords in the house and as far as I can tell there are 4 other apartments. The downsides: you have to do everything by car as you can't even walk straight down the road from the mountain (which is quite fun with a V class) and there is no air conditioning.
