For shared use: property 10 ha with plants and trees, orchard, courtyard. Garden furniture. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra), heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04.. Room cleaning on request (extra). Parking. Grocery 500 m, railway station "Sestri Levante" 1.5 km, sandy beach 1.6 km. Tennis 1 km. Nearby attractions: Chiavari 10 km, Moneglia 10 km. Please note: car recommended. IT5085.200.2 is about 100 m from the main building. It is not allowed to use barbecue on the property.

The setting is really very pleasant (quiet, in the middle of vineyards and olive trees). On the other hand, the rental is not for 4: the sofa bed is simply horrible. the apartment smells of cigarettes and is not at all secure for young children: no railings on the windows which are on the 1st floor. First rental we see with so little equipment in the accommodation (no pepper or salt...), average reception and cleanliness

The location and the ambiance are the absolute advantages of this house. You are a pleasant walk of about 20 minutes from the center and beach of Sestri Levante. Wake up with a view over cypresses, vineyards and olive trees. You come to Italy for this.
