On paper this ticks many boxes: good size, terraces, parking , location. In reality it is rather tired, sitting area is not comfortable, balcony and terrace furniture is old . Bathroom very much needs replacing, it is from the 1960’s. It is a shame because with some updating this could be spectacular rather than somewhat disappointing

The view is beautiful. Some things in the house are outdated, and the patio furniture is mediocre. It's also outdated. The rooftop terrace could use more amenities, such as furniture and parasols. The beds are also mediocre. The bathroom is functional. Having a washing machine is very helpful. The kitchen light switch was broken.
