Private: well-kept garden 600 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. 100 m long narrow motor access. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Electric vehicle charging station. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 1 km, bicycle rental 1 km, railway station "Imperia Porto Maurizio" 8 km, sandy beach "San Lorenzo al Mare" 1.5 km. Marina 1 km, cycle lane 1 km. The view of the sea and the great sunrises are unique and also let the known nearby motorway move into the background. The house was clean, nicely furnished and adequately equipped. The property is well maintained and great for four-legged friends. The driveway to the property requires some skill + getting used to it, but could also be mastered with a larger SUV. The owner is super nice and immediately available if there are any problems. A presto piccola casa al mare!

It was a wonderful relaxing holiday. Great value for money. The house and the garden were great. Vittorio is very nice, helpful and immediately available if there are any problems. You have to be prepared for the fact that the approach is steep and that the motorway is never quiet. But since we knew that, it didn't bother us at all. We'd love to come back.
