We received a very friendly welcome and felt very comfortable in the charming apartment. The bed is very comfortable and the stove is spacious. The garden, the view, and the surrounding area are a delight. We highly recommend it. Nearby Dolcedo, with its restaurants, a bakery, and picturesque corners, is definitely worth a quick stop, along with Imperia.

After handing over the apartment, we discovered that the water in the bathroom and kitchen was only dripping. We were unable to use the bathroom or kitchen for the first 4 days until it was discovered that a pump was broken. The coffee machine was broken (seal), but this was fixed the same day. It rained on the second day. The bedroom floor was under water and all the luggage on the floor was wet. We couldn't do our laundry without water. Compensation for 4 days without a vacation, such as showering and making meals, was 64 euros.

The contact with F. was super friendly. The garden, the surroundings and the view are absolutely amazing. The apartment itself is very basic, so if you are staying there for a longer period of time, you should bring your own kitchen equipment. Unfortunately, the first few nights were very cold and wet, and the lack of heating/AC meant it wasn't really comfortable at night. But for the price, it was absolutely OK.

Unfortunately completely dirty and run down.

We were 4 adults and 1 pet. Chalet is really too small for 4 adults. Pet not really suitable, little shade. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties. There was a sofa bed, which needs to be replaced. Kids slept on it. Is not a meter, were covered in bumps and severe itching .. Was very hot in the chalet, you have to take that into account.

The house was very fine, but we thought we were in Dolcedo, the accommodation was a little further up in a village with very narrow streets. The manager of the house Mr. Fabio was a very nice man who deserves an additional 5 stars, you felt very looked after. The only drawback to the house was the driveway and it was too warm to sleep at night because there was no air conditioning. Otherwise great
