The house is perfectly located near the beach, easily accessible on foot, and the surroundings are quiet, rich in nature, and peaceful. At night, you can hear animals in the roof, which is annoying and should be addressed by the landlord. There were ants, but they were okay. The pool should be cleaned more often, as guests aren't allowed to do it themselves. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

The holiday home captivated us with its Mediterranean charm, nestled amidst olive, lemon, lime, and fig trees. The spacious pool with its sundeck provided a place to cool off and relax. It's beautifully quiet and the grounds are fully fenced. The amenities offered everything we needed. Shops and the beach in Cervo and San Bartolomeo were only 1.5 km away, with ample parking. And let's not forget the very friendly on-site contact person!

The house is perfect and freshly renovated, we appreciated its space, its two bathrooms and its quiet location surrounded by nature. However, it was missing wine glasses and deckchairs, which was corrected by the key holder during our stay. The outdoor furniture is unworthy of the rental price: plastic chairs and 2 tables not even having the same shape, luckily there were only 4 of us. We would have appreciated some maintenance of the pool during our stay.

We had a wonderful week in a well-furnished house with an outdoor pool and a fenced garden. The house is clean with all the facilities, even a washing machine. The area is quiet, frogs croak at night and mosquitoes bite. It is a good idea to get a bug repellent. Outdoor seating with a grill. Definitely recommended.

The house and the pool are absolutely perfect, we only missed mosquito nets on the windows and air conditioning. The kitchen is nicely equipped, the only thing missing was a container in which we could bake something in the oven. A roller blind would be useful in both bathrooms, because you can see from the street when you turn on the lights. We fondly remember the peace and we miss the evening singing of cicadas and frogs, that was perfect.

A friendly welcome and good communication with the hostess. The house was very clean.

Very nice accommodation, far away from all the hustle and bustle. The small points of criticism were discussed with the very friendly person on site. We felt very comfortable.

A quiet and pleasant setting for this comfortable home. There are good facilities and the 3 double bedrooms and living space are all of a good size. The property would benefit from air-conditioning and as a minimum fly screens on windows and doors to keep out the bugs (especially important when no air-con requires you open the windows to allow cooler nighttime air). There was an issue with carpenter ants in the roof beams (they are quite noisy and make mess). Meet and handover were good.

House and surroundings revelation! Grill, pool, washing machine, beach towels, everything you need. Peace and quiet! On foot 15 minutes you can quietly go to the center. We would be very happy. Only the steep access road
