Friendly welcome, close to the sea, spacious. But very poorly soundproofed (we live with the neighbors and the highway is 500m away). The accommodation is poorly equipped (no microwave, no saucepan, no kettle, no trivet) and the fridge for 3-4 people is almost insufficient (fridge for a student).

You live with the neighbors. No soundproofing. No oven, an extremely noisy refrigerator, no international TV channels, both bathroom light bulbs are out. No pool, building located between a highway and a busy road. Bottom of the line.

Hello, The apartment is very good, however it lacks kitchen equipment (microwave, pots, etc.) the swimming pool is aging, it would need a refresh, it is only a detail, we had a pleasant stay Kind regards

I stayed at the hotel for a week with my son and overall for the price I paid we were satisfied with the services offered by the residence. The only thing to deplore is the bedding with box springs. I was lucky to have a rigid mattress. The staff are charming and the beach is a 15-minute walk away with a free corner.

Unfortunately, not everything was OK. Bad fittings in the bathroom, poorly furnished, no pictures on the wall, bed linen was not changed every 7 days as stated in the contract, very old blankets. We really enjoyed working with Interchalet. THANK YOU

The residence is in a pleasant park, with trees, shaded swimming pool with games available but the building is aging: faded facade, the accommodations are spacious but very poorly equipped (1 place setting per person! 1 frying pan, 2 saucepans...) broom ready to break, a tiny coffee maker and fridge, no microwave or dishwasher... The staff are friendly and do a lot to respond to various complaints. Tourist activities on sale at reception would be a plus. Well located.

Residence ideally located between Tuscany and the Cinque Terre. Welcome by a person who speaks French. Correct housing even if the sound insulation is not its first quality. Too bad also that some kitchen utensils are missing. (dishes, salad bowls etc.) Holidays in line with our expectations.

Excellent residence with large apartment and nice terrace. With large pool / bar and beautiful park. Adjacent to the residence there is an excellent restaurant and pizzeria Airone. Nearby a Conad city, bakery, pharmacy, bar and veterinarian. Beautiful walks and bike rides. Just 5min from the sea of Marinella / fiumaretta. Open all year round. I hope to come back soon. ...

The years that have passed since its construction can all be seen. A few disconnected tiles, very weak electrical sockets when pulling out a plug, hot water with boiler, antique toilets, separate taps for hot and cold water and with skipped chrome plating, shower with the joints between the yellowed tiles, lack of microwave oven and rather ornamental fixtures. These are the things I didn't like. High price, not adequate to what is offered. I would not go there again.

The facility is old, but well maintained. everything is clean The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Problems (we had ants in the room) are solved immediately. However, you will look in vain for absolute peace and quiet here. There are often youth groups in the hotel, you can hear the pizzeria until midnight and guests often celebrate in the garden. You can hear the nearby Autobahn all night with the windows open. It is a 25 minute walk to the beach and the hotel offers a free shuttle.

Excellent structure in a strategic position. Good services are offered apart from the minimal refrigerator not suitable for families. Some accessories are missing in the kitchen and I would recommend a microwave oven now present everywhere. Overall great and I recommend it to everyone. Personally, I will gladly return

Average apartment located in a structure that is beginning to feel the weight of the years, really scarce beds and pillows and dishes reduced to a minimum. Decent pool and beautiful park, there are not enough parking spaces.
