Holiday Rental Description

This attractively decorated apartment is the perfect place for a Roman holiday. Located in the heart of historic Rome, it’s just a five-minute walk from Piazza di Spagna and the luxury designer brands of Via de’ Condotti, and a short stroll from the Trevi Fountain. The apartment is stylish and comfortable, with a sofa bed in the living space for two guests – for longer stays or for those hoping for a bit more room, we’d stick to a maximum guest count of two.

Home truths:
*The nearest metro station is in nearby Piazza di Spagna. There are also bus stops within a three-minute walk of the apartment.
*The bedroom has a skylight and no windows meanings it is not fully blacked out in the night and early mornings, something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper, we recommend an eye-mask in that case.
*The heater is boiler operated meaning that you will have to wait in between showers or limit your shower time.
*There is a combination washer/dryer here.
*There are no essentials provided for the kitchen or bathrooms, prepare to source your own prior to arrival (this includes a lack of items for washing up dishes and cleaning)
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living room.
*Your host does not accept bookings for those under 21 years old.
