Located in the vibrant Termini district, this apartment is a short stroll from the National Library and the University of La Sapienza. Most of the main landmarks and attractions are also reachable via this area’s excellent public transport links, a quick walk away. Set in a building, dating back to 1885, this home has a private terrace running the entire length of the apartment – the perfect place for evening drinks. But that’s not the only outdoor space – there’s a shared roof terrace with seating, dining tables and views over Rome. Inside, the living room features a pull-out double bed, and if you’re here for work, you can set the laptop up on the dining table or kitchen breakfast bar.

The roof terrace is shared with all residents of the building and equipped with outdoor furniture, including reclining chairs. It's accessible to guests throughout their stay, every day from 7.30am to 11pm.
*Parking in Rome can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to walking to amenities or using public transport where possible.
