The house was very soberly furnished: no atmosphere, no comfortable seating (only wooden chairs) and bare white walls..And few kitchen utensils, few pans and very little cutlery, little light. There was one wardrobe in the house. Washing machine and got 2 fans on request. Outside a nice, covered and shady terrace, only with one wooden table and wooden benches. The pool and gardens were lovely and beautiful view. No cushions on sunbeds. The lake is very close and lovely!

Very nice and well-equipped holiday home with terrace and pool in a very well-kept complex. Very friendly landlord! Quiet location, but you can be in Bolsena in a few minutes by car. Lots of restaurants and beach nearby. Own fruit and vegetables available in the farm shop.

It was quite basic and small, but still perfectly adequate for us (2 adults, 3 children, 1 baby). The pool was great too. The accommodation was clean. Everything to our satisfaction.
