We have been there for a week, but could have stayed there much longer. The place is very nice, both inside and out. I traveled with my girlfriend, a 3 year old child and 2 friends. My child loved the place. The town of Montefiascone, which is only 5 minutes away, has a lot to offer. There you can experience the real Italian life. Lots of good food, lots to see and very nice views. And all that without thousands of tourists so you had plenty of time to see everything. The only thing to remember is a rental car, as the place is 2 hours away from Rome.

The communal area, with pool and terrace, is very comfortable and of sufficient size. Unfortunately, the apartment has some defects: the toilet flush button has not worked for years and has not been replaced; black mold in the shower cubicle; very poorly equipped kitchen, refrigerator that only cools halfway and very slowly, broken toaster and the dishwasher basket that keeps falling down; dining room table unusable.

The house was in rather poor condition. Around the house it looks neglected / unkempt. The workers who are at the other houses every day have no privacy. The landlord himself only speaks broken English, which is less useful when handing over the keys. The equipment in a very bad condition, as well as the kitchen appliances. The beds didn't seem "freshly made".

The area with pool is dirty and run down in German. The wifi hotspot is very slow if available at all. Absolutely not recommended. We left earlier. No more...
